Our Store Policies

Here at Butterfly Babies and Kids our company policy is a 30 day return and exchange.

 Don’t worry or fret we send a return packing slip with all purchases. So it makes exchanging and returning easier.

All products will have to be returned first to us (Butterfly Babies and Kids)  before receiving the “new” product, even at that time if you are exchanging and wish for a full refund before we (Butterfly Babies and Kids) receive said product you may do so.
